# Properties

TruckSimulatorPlugin tries to assist in the localisation of certain data points available from the telemetry data. It does this by mapping what the telemetry data outputs and grabbing the relevant variant requested. In order to see any variance, you'll need to set a localisation language other than *English (United Kingdom)* in the plugin setting screen.

{% hint style="warning" %}
These properties **only** work for Euro Truck Simulator 2, and aren't supported in American Truck Simulator. Note that mods that add cities or countries, such as ProMods, aren't supported either - only the base game and it's DLC countries are localised.
{% endhint %}

### L.Job Properties

This is the localised version of the relevant text. For example, *Denmark* would become *Dinamarca* in Spanish.

### L.A.Job.\*FromSDK Properties

This is an ASCII safe version of the data available directly from the game telemetry, for example *Denmark* would still appear as *Denmark* in Spanish, but any special characters unable to be displayed on an ASCII character limited display are replaced with similar looking characters. This enables cities and countries to be displayed on 16x2 and 20x4 LCD displays without looking out of place.

### L.A.Job Properties

As above, but this time returning the localised version as an ASCII safe string. *Denmark* would become *Dinamarca* in Spanish, with characters that cannot be rendered in ASCII replaced with safe equivalents.
